A lawsuit against Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl margarita line was terminated Tuesday in an Illinois court by a federal judge.

The lawsuit, which was brought about by plaintiff Amy Langendorf, was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, according to court docs. According to U.S. District Judge Manish S. Shah, the suit was terminated with both sides paying their court-related expenses.

The suit, according to Law360, centered around accusations against the stunning Real Housewives of New York star and her brand, that the margaritas were falsely dubbed "all-natural."

Langendorf, in earlier filings, pointed to the presence of a preservative named sodium benzoate in the reality star's cocktail brand, in an attempt to make her case.

The East Coast socialite, in additions to battles with her Bravo castmates and estranged husband Jason Hoppy, has dealt with legal issues connected to the successful product line for the past four years.
