Angelina's Secret Pain: Jolie Still Tortured By Mom's Tragic Death -- Why It's Causing 'Issues' For Her Family
Angelina Jolie's mother died more than eight years ago, but RadarOnline.com has learned it's still taking a toll on her. According to an insider, she insists on living a nomadic lifestyle as a way of "running from the grief" -- even as her family begs her to settle down.
Jolie's mom, Marcheline Bertrand, died in 2007 after suffering a long battle with ovarian cancer, and a source close to the actress told Radar, "Angelina has never been able to accept her mother's death. There is a lot of anger there over losing her mom at such a young age, just fifty-six-years-old. Her kids never got to know their grandmother, and Angelina feels cheated."
Now, the source said, "Angelina can't stay in one place longer than several months because she is literally running from the repressed grief."
But the chaotic lifestyle is harder to maintain now that she's got a family with Brad Pitt: kids Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, 9, and Knox and Vivienne, 7.
Recently, son Pax told his parents "he wants to stay in one home longer than two months," the insider claimed.

"Brad has wanted to settle in one of their homes too, but Angelina absolutely refuses," the insider continued. "Moving and uprooting the entire family is extremely hard, but Angelina thrives on the chaos. She seems to think it's chic to say her kids are globetrotters and can acclimate to any type of environment, but kids need stability and consistency. There will be issues for the kids as they grow up if this continues."
The family recently has been spending time in London as Pitt is producing a movie starring Charlie Hunnam, The Lost City Of Z, in Belfast, Ireland.
