The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show was rocked by talk of another reunion—with controversial former cast member Danielle Staub, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo suprised host Andy Cohen by saying they want Staub to return to the Bravo reality show during Sunday’s reunion show taping, according to a source.

And that’s despite all the previous drama involving Staub. During the season 1 RHONJ finale, Giudice, 42, wound up famously flipping over a table over and calling Staub, 52, a “prostitution whore!” over rumors of her dark past.

But now, she and co-star Manzo, 42, would welcome her back, the source said.

At the Sunday reunion shoot, Cohen “asked Dina and Teresa, the only remaining original cast members, which housewife they would most like to return to the franchise,” the source said.

“Teresa and Dina’s answer was shocking, as both said they would like Danielle back on the show!”

The source noted that although Manzo said she left RHONJ at one point because of Staub, and Giudice has always been at odds with her, both have their reasons for the open door.

“Dina is feuding with her sister Caroline Manzo and sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita, and Teresa is Dina’s friend, so she’s scared to go against her and is supporting her idea to bring Danielle back.

“In addition, Dina knows that Danielle tortured Jacqueline behind the scenes, and if she were to make a return to the show, Danielle could make Jacqueline’s life a living hell.”

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Manzo was furious when Laurita returned to RHONJ and is desperately trying to ensure she doesn’t become important on the show again.
