No car seat? No problem!
Kelsey and Kayte Grammer recently pulled a “Britney Spears” by not using a car seat to transport their baby daughter and RadarOnline.com has video and photos of their parenting faux pas.

The new parents arrived at LAX and got into a chauffeured car with mommy Kayte holding their daughter Faith on her lap as they drove away.
The law in California requires children under eight to be “secured in a child restraint that meets federal motor vehicle safety standards.”

Kelsey’s rep insisted there was a car seat in the car, but the video clearly shows Kayte holding Faith in her lap as the car pulls away.
Spears caused an outpouring of criticism back in 2006 when she was pictured driving her car with her son Sean Preston on her lap.
