Virginia Roberts, the former teen prostitute and so-called "sex slave" of Wall Street mogul Jeffery Epstein, will finally get her chance to question the woman she claims was her madam, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to Page Six, Ghislane Maxwell, British socialite and close friend of Epstein's, will be questioned in court on Friday regarding Roberts', now Virginia Giuffre, 1999 allegations.

Maxwell, who has denied the claims, requested that the court halt proceedings earlier this week.

"In the event that the plaintiff continues to fail to reveal the information that she claims to have regarding some 'ongoing criminal investigation,' Ms. Maxwell moves to stay these proceedings," the socialite's lawyers wrote Monday in a desperate plea to squash the case.

However, Manhattan federal judge Robert Sweet ruled Thursday that the deposition would move forward regardless, though Maxwell "will certainly be entitled to invoke her Fifth Amendment right to remain silent when asked questions about her involvement in sex trafficking," said Roberts' lawyer.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Roberts claimed she had underage sex with Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz and others — claims both men have strongly denied.

Epstein was famously convicted in 2008 for soliciting an underage girl for sex. He served 13 months in jail.
