Charlie Sheen has been forcing friends to sign confidentiality agreements for years! RadarOnline.com exposed a copy of the iron-clad contract earlier today, and now can reveal that he confessed to the practice in a Playboy interview three years ago.

The revelation comes days after the Tinseltown trainwreck confirmed The National ENQUIRER's world exclusive report that he's HIV-positive.

But he opened up about his unfolding cover-up scheme years before in June 2012, at least a year after the 2011 diagnosis the embattled star said he received about the disease.

In the chat, he acknowledged the heavy measures he took in an effort to maintain total secrecy about what was going on behind the walls of his Los Angeles mansion in the Mulholland Estates.

"We take phones and purses at my house, and people have to sign sh*t," he said. "I'm not living in the Pentagon, but I've been burned enough to have to take precautions.

"It's either that or choose a different type of woman or party guest, because you never know. Sometimes the right choice seems great at the moment, but then suddenly it's as if somebody detonated a suicide bomb."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in addition to the NDAs, Sheen also made payoffs — and even used intimidating "fixers" as middlemen — in an effort to keep the public of learning the truth about his health.

More than 1.2 million people in the U.S. are living with HIV or AIDS. If you are worried about HIV, get in touch with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
