Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida is facing several years in prison over his recently announced bank fraud and identity theft charges. But in the meantime, Phaedra Parks' husband is free and clear -- sort of. RadarOnline.com has exclusively uncovered court documents detailing the strict conditions of Nida's bail. And if he violates any one of them, he'll be thrown in jail immediately!

Nida ponied up $25,000 bail after being charged with bank fraud and identity theft on January 23. But that was only the tip of the iceberg.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Nida is required to regularly report to a probations officer, and actively seek employment. (Apparently his appearance on RHOA doesn't count in the eyes of the court!)

Court officers are also looking to restrict his movements: Nida was ordered to surrender his passport, and he may only leave the Atlanta area if officials approve the trip in advance, and appoint a supervisor to accompany him.

In the meantime, he has to stay on the straight and narrow, which means no drug use or possession, and no alcohol use whatsoever. He must also surrender any firearms in his possession.

While it's unclear how the judge would feel about a physical fight like the one shown on air this weekend between Nida and Kenya Moore's assistant Brandon DeShazer, that incident occurred back in September, long before charges were filed.

If Nida violates any of these terms, the documents warn, it "may result in the immediate issuance of a warrant for your arrest … and could result in a term of imprisonment, a fine, or both."

And Nida's certainly no stranger to what awaits him in prison: He previously served five years for racketeering.

The investigation continues. Stay tuned to RadarOnline.com for the latest in the case.
