Justin Bieber has hired the famed Florida attorney Roy Black in a bid to beat his DUI charge — the same man who is best known for gaining an acquittal of William Kennedy Smith on charges of rape and for his representation of conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh on charges he misused the prescription painkiller OxyContin.

Black’s wife, Lea, is a cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami.

Black has also represented Kelsey Grammar, racer Helio Castroneves and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis in the past.

He’ll work with the 19-year-old pop star’s Los Angeles based lawyer Howard Weitzman and Miami criminal defense attorney Howard Srebnick, RadarOnline.com has learned.

As we previously reported, the “Girlfriend” singer was leaving from a nightclub behind the wheel of a rented yellow Lamborghini when police apprehended him at Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street on suspicion of drag racing in Miami.

Police said that the singer’s hangers-on had blocked off the intersection to set up a drag strip for the fast-living showman.

Bieber — who didn’t have a valid driver’s license on his person at the time of arrest, police said — cursed at the officers who initially pulled him over, police told the paper.

When he was taken into custody at 4:30 a.m., an incoherent Bieber, 19, kept his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence.
