Where There's Smoke, There's Bieber! Justin Exits Curiously Cloudy Van, Before Announcing Retirement

With fans and paps clamoring for him like a king, Justin Bieber exited a smoky black van en route to an interview on L.A.'s Power 106 Tuesday.
The 19-year-old star, who's been tied to marijuana in the past, ambled out of the vehicle in an all-black outfit with extra saggy pants.
Bieber told the radio station, "After the new album, I'm actually, I'm retiring man, I'm retiring," though people in the pop star's camp said he was kidding, according to online reports.
The Canadian crooner's new album Journals hits iTunes Dec. 23.
