Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent will attend a "celebration of life" for her late father in the family's native Utah today, RadarOnline.com can confirm — and it appears her reality costars will be in attendance for support.
According to an obituary obtained by RadarOnline.com, the services for Kent Rulon Burningham will be held on the afternoon on May 2 at a local restaurant in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
Kent's Bravo costars Ariana Madix, Brittany Cartwright, Katie Maloney Schwartz and Kristen Doute are all in Utah, seemingly to support their friend.
Kent's father "was always the life of the party. His humor was contagious and he always made everyone feel special," the obituary said of Burningham, who passed away suddenly on April 21 at 64.
The obit mentioned the 27-year-old's brothers Brandon and Easton, and of course the Bravo star herself, using her real name Lauren, along with her longtime boyfriend Randall Emmett.
The writing also gave more details of Burningham's life.
"He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Utah. After graduating he went on to become a real estate developer," it read.
"His proudest accomplishments were his three amazing children and his grandchildren. He was loved by all. His sweetness and kind heart will be truly missed by all who knew him."
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations to the Humane Society of Utah.
The beauty mogul first announced the sad news of her father's death on April 23 with a video.
"Rest in paradise, my sweet dad. The world seems to be spinning much slower. I've never felt so lost. I've never felt so sad. My world has crumbled," the SUR hostess wrote on her Instagram page.
The sad death is the second tragedy to strike the Vanderpump Rules cast in recent months. Jax Taylor's father passed away from cancer in December 2017.
