‘They Killed Her!’ Roseanne Says ABC Coordinated Her ‘Crucifixion’
Roseanne Barr is outraged after discovering that her character on The Conners will die of an opioid overdose, going on a 30-minute rant, claiming that the heads over at ABC “coordinated” her “crucifixion.”
RadarOnline.com broke the news that the Roseanne spin-off wouldn’t include Barr after the disgraced star’s racist Twitter rant that took the internet by storm.
Barr appeared on Brandon Straka’s YouTube show to announce to the world that her character will die … of an opioid overdose! Barr added a strange twist – alleging she has a team of “high-level spies” monitoring the heads!
“They had her die of an opioid overdose – it wasn’t enough to just do what they did to me. They had to so cruelly, insult the people who loved that family and that show.” Barr continued. “They had to cruelly insult them and that’s what they chose to do. There’s nothing I could do about it. It’s done. It’s over. There’s no fight left.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, ABC released a promo for The Conners earlier this month, but Barr wasn’t in the picture.

Barr noted that she has her own team of snoops who report back to her. “I know what they do,” she said, referring to the heads of the network. “I have people on the other side too! Don’t think I don’t have spies – been in show business 30 some years. I have spies, trust me … and they’re high level spies too!”
“John Goodman said ‘they’re trying to crucify you,’” Barr said, noting that her longtime television husband was in her corner. “It was too perfect not to be coordinated.”
Barr noted she knew she lost control of the show for months! “When I called … on Memorial Day, saying when do the writers’ room start up – he said ‘oh, we’ve already started.’ I just felt my brain crumble,” Barr said, adding “I knew I had lost control of my show.”
