Robert Wagner and Natalie Wood's daughter Courtney was arrested for public drunkenness, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
As a Ventura County Court docket reveals, Courtney was arrested on August 4, 2017, for being drunk in public in Ojai, California, where she was visiting a family member.
Courtney was formally charged on August 11, 2017 of being drunk in public.
On October 2, 2017, Ron Bamieh, her attorney, appeared on her behalf at the arraignment, as Courtney didn't attend.
According to court records, Courtney pled guilty to an amended charge of disturbing the peace, which is an infraction, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine.
Courtney, now 44, is the only child that tragic Natalie and Robert had together.
While she has rarely spoken about the controversial death of her mom, Courtney said in 2012, about the moment she learned about it,"I remember waking up to my sister screaming, and luckily I had a nanny that I was very close to that was by my side. There were all these people in the living room, and my dad told me I wasn’t going to see my mom again. I was just trying to make sense of it, and dad was asking if we wanted to go and see her one last time."
Also in 2012, Courtney was arrested in Los Angeles of "suspicion of heroin and cocaine possession," according to E Online.
However, Courtney, who sells jewelry to the stars, was never charged. The case was rejected by prosecutors "due to illegal search and seizure, a violation of Wagner’s Fourth Amendment rights," E! reported.
Former West Side Story and Rebel Without a Cause star Natalie was on a yacht with her husband Robert and their pal, actor Christopher Walken, during a vacation in Catalina in 1981--but then she went missing. She was later found drowned, wearing a red jacket and night dress.
For years, many have questioned the circumstances of her sensational death, and former Hart to Hart star Robert, now 88, has come under suspicion.
But Natalie's daughter from another marriage, Natasha Gregson Wagner, said her stepdad Robert didn't kill her mother.
In 1997, Natasha noted, "I think there was a thorough investigation and I am completely satisfied.
"All I know is that nobody loved my mum more than my stepdad, so if he had heard anything he would have given his life for her. And that’s a fact," Natasha confided.
For her part, Courtney has said, "When I was…out to dinner at Mr. Chow with my dad, he was not answering questions from photographers. And I was sort of put off, wondering why he wasn’t answering these simple questions. And then he explained to me that all they want is a soundbite. They just want some words that they can then concoct…you know, I got it."
