On this week's shocking episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, new cast member Emily Simpson reveals to fans that she "almost died" after suffering "five miscarriages in four years!"

While discussing her desire to have another child with her mother-in-law Pary, hubby Shane's mom said, "Your body may not be able to handle it. You almost died. We had to call 911!"

"It was very difficult for me to have children. Over the course of four years I had five miscarriages. Then Shane and I decided to do in vitro and I carried twins until four months. I went into labor and I lost them."

"I remember laying in a hospital bed needing a blood transfusion because I lost so much blood. I remember thinking to myself, 'wow this is what it feels like to die,'" Emily said in confessional.

"I can picture the hospital room. I can picture the lights. I can picture the nurses they are all crying," Emily said in confessional, before revealing that her husband Shane is "not on board" with more children.

However, Emily's admission is not the only drama that went down with the Orange County crew!

The episode started off with Vicki Gunvalson, 56, and boyfriend Steve Lodge taking out his new motorcycle for a spin around the O.C.

"I don't know if I am a big motorcycle girl. But it's all about compromise. I would do whatever Steve wants me to do when it comes to motorcycles because I don't want Steve going into a biker bar alone. Look at him he's sexy," Vicki said.

"There is only one biker b***h on the back of his bike and that's me."

While at a biker bar, Vicki brought up her dinner party from hell from last week's episode, where Vicki got into a nasty feud with co-star Gina Kirschenheiter over their differing views on marriage.

The scene then switched to Gina, who breaks down in tears while discussing her divorce from Matt with her parents who are visiting from NYC.

"Right now, I just have to keep the kids comfortable," Gina told her parents before revealing the drama that erupted at Vicki's dinner party.

And for the first time, Gina let fans know how she REALLY felt about her divorce!

"Honestly, I am going through the hardest thing I have ever gone through. You would think that instead of giving you all of their personal train wrecks to make you more scared they would be like, 'let me give you a hug and tell you everything is going to be okay.'"

"I need friends that I can trust. I need friends that I can turn to and friends that really listen to me," Gina said in confessional afterwards.

Afterwards, Vicki and Gina head out to lunch, as Vicki wanted to apologize for how things went down last week.

After Gina told Vicki that her parents, who have been married for 40 years, are in town, Vicki said, "Divorce is not an option for older generations."

"It really hurt my feelings when you said I didn't have a moral compass," Gina told Vicki, who responded that she needs to think "about the kids and stop being so selfish."

"I want to apologize. I just don't want you to go through what I went through," Vicki told her newbie costar.

Meanwhile, Shannon Beador, 54, daughter Sophie, 16, and Tamra Judge, 51, head to Philadelphia for Shannon's big QVC launch. Meanwhile, Kelly Dodd, 42, hosted a viewing party on the West Coast and invited Vicki, Emily and Gina.

While Shannon is getting ready for her big debut, Tamra said, "This is a huge deal for Shannon."

"I don't think I have ever sweated so much," Shannon said as she is getting ready. "I am just kind of blanking right now."

While presenting her dishes, Shannon grabbed her belly to point out the fat on her stomach and Tamra flipped out backstage.

But the launch was a huge success, and the mother of three sold 1100 units in the first 9 minutes.

Afterwards, Shannon said, "I am so grateful and so overwhelmed. This is something I dreamed and it is becoming a reality."

"To be able to share this moment with one of my daughter's and one of my best friends, it is amazing," she added.

"I lost a marriage but I found myself," Shannon said at the end of the episode.

And while the other gals are wrapped up in their marital drama, Kelly Dodd is focused on her daughter Jolie's auditions for the local production of Oliver.

"Jolie wants to be in theater and has a passion. I want to support her passion," Kelly said as her teen gets ready to audition.
