A former neighbor of the sick and twisted NXIVM sex cult leader, Keith Raniere, exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com how the founder creepily preyed on young women late at night.

The neighbor, who lived in close proximity to Raniere in upstate New York, described the cult founder as a night owl who received frequent visitors.

“I would come home at work around 11 p.m. and Keith would be walking with women in the neighborhood,” the neighbor explained.

The eyewitness claimed it appeared Raniere was had authority over the women – from what they wore to the pace in which they’d walk.

“You could tell that they honored this guy because if they were out walking with him, they would walk behind him,” the neighbor told RadarOnline.com. “He was definitely the man in lead.”

The nearby resident added that he noticed the women wore colorful scarves for Raniere.

“They represented different ranks of the women involved,” the neighbor said. “The scarves would be red, black, all colors.”

The womens’ appearances seemed to be of high importance to Raniere. Similar to the government’s claims that Raniere and his alleged slave master, Allison Mack, starved women, the bystander said he noticed every female on Raniere’s property looked similar.

“Their profiles were pretty much the same,” the neighbor recounted. “They were all very thin with long hair.”

Some of the women who showed up at Raniere’s condominiums – he owned three on the same street in Halfmoon, New York, according to the neighbor – appeared much younger than the 57-year-old prisoner.

“Once in a while you could see what could have been considered young ladies in high school or college,” said the neighbor.

What’s more is the middle-aged NXIVM leader greeted every woman the same.

“Every time he met someone there was always a hug and a kiss,” the neighbor said.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Raniere, Allison Mack and three others have been arrested and charged with racketeering for allegedly operating the NXIVM sex slave ring.

Mack previously confessed that she branded members’ flesh with what has since been speculated are Mack and Raniere’s initials.

The neighbor has since moved out of the neighborhood, but said he witnessed Raniere’s creepy ways for “years.” In addition to the way they dressed and walked, the eyewitness even said Raniere made his cult members drive him around!

“A car would pull up at one of the three condos and it would always be one of the girls picking him up,” the neighbor continued.

Raniere is currently behind bars awaiting trial, which could take months to begin. Mack has been under house arrest in California since March, but was recently approved to attend school and church.
