Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali’s toxic marriage is over! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the 90 Day Fiancé stars are officially divorced.
“Yes I am divorced,” Jbali exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “My legal status right now is divorced and there is no annulment.”
A spokesperson for Judge Tygh Tone of the Erie County Common Pleas Court told RadarOnline.com of the March 22 court hearing, “The annulment was changed to a divorce and the divorce was granted.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Danielle filed for an annulment on the grounds of fraud and adultery on October 4, 2016.
Mohamed said in a Facebook live video of the court hearing, “I did not talk to Danielle, all I know is I got my divorce. She had a lawyer talking for her. The judge said it’s done and that we’re divorced. They asked if I want a divorce or annulment, I said it’s the same for me.”
Although the couple has fought up until this point, he explained how they remained civil in court.
“I got my divorce without fighting, we just got a divorce without going through the details,” he said. “We agreed to pay the bills we have together.”
Mohamed revealed that he will be returning to Tunisia following the split.
“I’m going to cancel the green card and go back to my country as quickly as possible,” he said. “It’s my decision to leave. If there were no TV show my marriage could be much better.”
Danielle and Mohamed’s marriage has been a toxic one, as he called the police on his then-wife for opening a DirecTV account in his name, destroying his clothes, stealing money from him and more.
None of the cases went to trial.
Infidelity also caused the demise of their marriage, as Danielle accused Mohamed of cheating on her with various women, including blonde bombshell Luisa Berry.
“He said he was going to Florida, but then posted photos from South Carolina to see Luisa,” Danielle previously told RadarOnline.com. “Why wouldn’t you take your wife with you? This was while we were married and he was living with me.”
But Danielle isn’t innocent, as an insider close to the couple claims she was “dating two married men at the same time.”
Both stars denied the claims made against them.
Danielle initially asked for an annulment from Mohamed, claiming he used her for a green card.
She even accused him of being abusive.
“When I questioned Mohamed, he was emotionally abusive and cruel to me,” she wrote of his alleged affairs in her annulment filing. “Mohamed again was back to his verbal abuse of me and withholding affection and physical touch.”
Danielle and Mohamed married on July 9, 2014.
