Danielle Mullins is taking her nasty split with Mohamed Jbali to the courtroom! The 90 Day Fiancé star is only weeks away from facing off against her estranged husband in court in their first annulment hearing, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to the Erie County Clerk of Court, Danielle filed for an annulment on October 4, 2016. Danielle listed fraud and adultery as grounds for the annulment.
The exes will meet in court on March 22, 2017.
Although Danielle, who married Mohamed on July 9, 2014, filed for the annulment in October, she blamed her estranged husband for the court’s delay.
“The reason it’s taken so long for the annulment is because he wouldn’t give his address to get served,” Mullins exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “He’s the one who has given a hard time!”
On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Mohamed, who moved to the United States from Tunisia, confronted Danielle about the annulment.
“I knew the moment I filed for the annulment and he found out about it that he would want to talk because he wants to be in this country,” she said. “I feel used by you. You don’t treat someone this way that has done so much for you.”
Danielle then slammed him regarding photos that surfaced of him with a woman named Luisa Berry.
“Do you know how that hurt me when I seen those pictures of you and Luisa?” she asked, adding in her confessional, “Luisa is one of the women I accused Mohamed of cheating with.”
But their annulment may not be the only reason the exes will face off in court, as Mohamed revealed in a Facebook rant that he is working on filing a restraining order against Danielle for “stalking.”
“I do not contact his family and he is the one who reached out to me,” Danielle told RadarOnline.com. “Yes I do contact him when he continues to post about me and tell lies. He’s posting about me non-stop and it’s ridiculous! He’s been antagonizing me for two weeks now. Mohamed is always threatening to go to the police for a restraining order.”
