Mark Salling's Ex Can't Cash In On Multi-Million Dollar Settlement Owed By Late Actor

After a lengthy legal battle, an ex-girlfriend of late Glee star Mark Salling won't be added as an administrator to the actor's estate, and a huge financial judgement she is owed remains unclaimed, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

Roxanne Gorzela, who sued Salling for sexual battery in 2015, filed a creditor's claim against his estate, asking that the $2.7 million settlement be paid. But in a hearing held on Wednesday April 11, 2018 Judge David J. Cowan denied the petition without prejudice.

In her filing on March 8, 2018 and obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Gorzela, 41, argued that, "The proposed Administrator is a creditor of the decedent. Petitioner requests that she be appointed with limited authority, that she not have authority to take possession of money or property without a court order."

READ THE SHOCKING COURT DOCS

As RadarOnline.com readers know, model and deejay Gorzela claimed Salling, then her boyfriend of six months, refused to wear a condom during sex, despite her repeated demands during a March 2011 encounter.

When she went to confront him at his home over her objections, she was shocked to discover the star in bed with another woman.

According to court documents, an enraged Salling allegedly "grabbed" Gorzela and threw her on the ground, causing her to land on her knees and hit her head. Two years later, a judge awarded her $2.7 million in damages, but she has yet to see a penny of it.

It was just another black eye in a history of mistakes for the young actor, who was busted in 2015 on child pornography charges, and then took his own life by hanging himself earlier this year, just before he was expected to be sentenced to four to seven years in prison.

Gorzela is now once again out of the money she claims is owed to her, but she can refile and appeal in the future.
