Salling recently pleaded guilty to child porn charges in December 2017 and was expected back in court March 7 for sentencing. But, on January 30, the LAPD received a missing person report on the Glee star. Six hours later — around 8:50 AM — police discovered his body at an isolated spot in the Angeles National Forest.

Just one week after his death, however, Salling’s criminal child pornography charges were officially dismissed by a federal judge.

Legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated Judge Otis. D. Wright ended the case — which included claims the actor possessed 50,000 images of “sadistic” and “masochistic” child porn — on February 7.
