'Pray For Us!' Ryan Edwards' Fiancée Mackenzie Tells All On His Shocking Drug Scandal
Maci Bookout begged Ryan Edwards to enter rehab for drug abuse on this week's Teen Mom OG — and now his fiancée Mackenzie Standifer is pleading for fans to pray for him. Standifer revealed just how serious her future husband's substance abuse issues are over Twitter.
Bookout, 25, broke down on the episode when discussing how his family is in denial over his drug addiction issues.
"He would do it," she said of rehab. "It's everyone else around him that's afraid to admit it. He's got me. Everyone else around him is too afraid of what it will look like more than his health. It's all denial. The hardest thing is to see Ryan not love himself. He's a person who deserves to love himself."
Bookout then vowed to make sure he goes to rehab for the sake of their 8-year-old son Bentley.
"I'm going to be like, you have to go to rehab," she told her husband Taylor McKinney. "Right now it's about saving his life. Most nights I'm crying in our bed talking to you about whether or not today is the day he's going to die."
Edwards sparked substance abuse issues last season when he was accused of being high when he slurred his words and seemed out of it on an episode. He denied the drug rumors at the time.

When the episode aired, Standifer confirmed his drug use.
"Here's a thought… maybe instead of making assumptions and tearing people down, you could spend that time praying for us instead," she tweeted.
She added, "Strong is beautiful."
She then hinted that her relationship with Edwards is still going strong despite his substance abuse issues.
"Being married someday is going to be so dope," she retweeted. "Like you get to come home to your best friend every single day and just do life together."
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the couple will tie the knot on November 18, 2017 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
They got engaged in December 2016.
