Long Island Medium's Theresa Caputo and her estranged husband Larry may be gearing up for a heated divorce battle, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Larry's personal business Big Larry Apparel LLC was shut down before the two announced their separation last December.
The business — which focused on custom shirts — started in 2012, with annual revenue of $110,000, according to Manta.
It was officially dissolved and declared inactive on March 26, 2016.
The New York Department of State, Division of Corporations told RadarOnline.com that the business voluntarily shut down without any given reason, and the company did not have any tax troubles.
While the Twitter account for the company remains active, no tweets have been posted since August 2015. The website "biglarryapparel.com" is also no longer active.
Meanwhile, Theresa has accrued an estimated net worth of 3 million since the show began in 2011. She's doubled her brand with five book deals and several countrywide tours with Larry having been by her side through it all.
But how does he fit into all of this now that his personal business is shattered? They could be in for a nasty fight over their collected fortune.
RadarOnline.com first reported that Theresa filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage to Larry in April 2018. The two announced their shocking separation last December.
