Bestiality & Death Threats: Briana’s Sick Claims Against Matt In Restraining Order
March 5 2018, Updated 2:35 a.m. ET
When Briana Renee announced she was leaving her husband Matt Grundhoffer in November, she insisted the former couple would remain “friends.” But the seemingly cordial split has taken a horrific turn — and RadarOnline.com has all the disturbing details.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Little Women: LA star filed for divorce on November 30, requesting spousal support and for the court to terminate any support to her ex.
Just a week later on December 8, the mother of Matt’s son Maverick, 1, and a daughter Leiana from her previous marriage filed a request for domestic violence restraining order against her estranged husband, asking to protect her and their son.

On November 24, Briana claimed Matt called her a “c**t,” “stupid piece of s**t,” “worthless b***h,” threw their children’s car seats in the yard, and threatened to take them away from her.
“Matthew specifically states he would take our son away from me and take him to Washington,” Briana wrote, referring to Matt’s home state.
Two weeks prior, Briana alleged he went on a “four day drinking binge,” during which he claimed he “wanted to die” and verbally attacked her.
In the sickest allegation, Briana claimed she discovered graphic sexual messages between Matt and an unnamed woman on November 28 that could put Maverick in danger.
“The conversations were recent and involved bestiality and the proposals of sex acts with minor children, including the proposal of involving sex acts with Matthew’s minor child, age 12, from a previous relationship,” she claimed. “I am fearful for him to be left alone with our minor son.”
Briana claimed she had other reasons to fear for her baby son’s safety. In April 2017, she claimed he said he would “kill everyone in the house,” meaning Briana and Leiana.
Matt also allegedly “threatened to kill” Briana in front of Maverick and Leiana on a separate occasion.
She claims he owns several weapons, and has threatened to commit suicide countless times.
She asked the court to give her sole use of her cell phone and demanded Matt undergo a 52-week batterer intervention program.
She also requested sole legal and physical custody of Maverick with no visitation.
The order was granted, and the Lifetime reality star will return to court on January 19 in order to make it permanent.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Matt was previously arrested for DUI, and domestic abuse against an ex-girlfriend in 2012. (He plead guilty to negligent driving in the DUI charge, and completed a diversion program for the assault charge.)
