More ‘Little People’ Fakery! Matt Roloff Snagged $375K Home From Girlfriend's Parents

Matt Roloff and girlfriend Caryn Chandler not only lied about when they purchased their Arizona vacation house, but also lied in how they bought it, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively!  Though Matt went on a major house hunt with Caryn on the show, he really just snagged the home from his girlfriend’s parents!

According to Maricopa County property records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the Little People, Big World star purchased the Surprise, Arizona home in May, 2017.

The deed was finalized last week, on June 13, showing Caryn's parents, Roger and Michele Bryngelson signing over their home to Matt.

The deed reads: "For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is herby acknowledged, ROGER AND MICHELE BRYNGELSON, husband and wife, the Grantor herein, hereby conveys and warrants to MATT ROLOFF, the Grantee herein, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described property situated in Maricopa County, Arizona."

Their new Arizona neighbor, Arthur Rutger, told RadarOnline.com that Caryn introduced herself as the daughter of the people that previously owned the house.

Her parents have relocated to another place nearby.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Matt and Caryn told fans on the season finale that they were scoping out properties in Arizona during the Christmas season. But it turns out they've actually had the house in the bag for a whole year.

Records show Matt put an all cash down payment of $110,000. The home was sold for $375,000 total.

Despite Caryn telling fans she planned on investing in a home with Matt, the Little People patriarch is listed as the sole owner of the home.

But the fakery should come as no surprise. In 2014, the family's youngest son Jacob blasted the show in the past for being "staged" and "fake."  Jacob has since refused to be apart of the series and no longer appears on the show.
