Kylie Jenner’s lawyer has got her out of a messy lawsuit between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, but RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively Chyna and her team are claiming victory in the case.
Her lawyer Lisa Bloom told told Radar “We have maintained from the beginning that Kylie Jenner’s case against my client Blac Chyna was meritless. We are pleased that after six months of litigation we were able to force Ms. Jenner to dismiss her case.”
As readers know, Kylie's 31-year-old brother sued his former fiancée for reportedly going on a rampage back in December 2016.
He alleged that she tried to choke him with an iPhone charging cable before striking him when he claims she was high on drugs and alcohol.
The suit also alleged that Chyna trashed the house that she was renting from Kylie at the time, to the tune of $100,000 in damages.
Kylie, 20, was included in the case by a previous lawyer even although her brother repaired the damage himself.
Taking that into the account Kylie’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, got her removed from the case with the judge denying Chyna’s request for the reality star and model from sitting through a lengthy deposition.
Chyna, 29, recently reached out to Rob wishing him well on his most recent birthday indicating that the pair are getting along better now.
