'Teen Mom' Shocker: Javi Leaves Kailyn!

Kailyn Lowry is recovering from major plastic surgery, but the Teen Mom 2 star is doing it without her husband Javi Marroquin by her side.

As OKMagazine.com exclusively reported, the 23-year-old reality star had to say goodbye to her husband several weeks ago when he was deployed by the Air Force.

According to a source, Marroquin, 22, departed around the same time that Lowry headed down to Miami for her tummy tuck, liposuction, and Brazilian butt lift.

"Javi's been gone," the source said. "Javi and Kailyn left at the same time — he left when she left for Miami."

Because of Javi's deployment, he has been much quieter on social media lately.

"Javi's been MIA from social media because he's eight hours ahead and doesn't always have Wifi everywhere he goes," the source said.

So how does Lowry feel about her husband being sent off far away from her?

"It's hard for Kail, but I wouldn't say she's sad," the source said. "They've been through this before. It doesn't make it any easier on her, but she understands this is part of his job and how he provides for their family."

The source added, "She's proud of him."

As RadarOnline.com first reported, the couple spent the holidays together in anticipation of Marroquin's deployment.

"It's not easy, but they are handling it the best that they can," a source said.
