"I don't even want to begin to tell you things that's happened to me," he explained when she asked why she couldn't get in touch with him. "I did some terrible things for these last seven years."

"I have a problem and the world knows that," DeBarge went on about his drug use. "I've had this problem for quite a long time. But this time was different than all the other times."

"Some very dark things were happening to me," he began to explain.

He went on to reveal he was homeless, and felt his life was in jeopardy "all day long." But Kristinia didn't budge, and maintained that he should face the consequences of his decisions. She admitted she was scared of him at first, but now wants to work on their father/daughter relationship.

But that may not be the only relationship he needs to fix!

RadarOnline.com previously reported that DeBarge revealed that a woman claiming to be his secret child with Janet Jackson contacted him earlier this year.

The woman claimed Jackson, 50, put her up for adoption, and Jackson's rep did not comment at the time.

Michael Jackson's death doc Conrad Murray also claimed that a child was conceived during his yearlong marriage to Janet, and that DeBarge still loves the pop star.
