‘Hollywood Medium’ Tyler Henry Rocked By Sudden Death Of ‘Father Figure’

Hollywood Medium Tyler Henry has skyrocketed to fame by connecting celebrities with their loved ones who have passed away.

And now, as season 4 of Henry’s hit E! show premieres in just a few short weeks, RadarOnline.com has learned the reality star is “devastated” by the sudden loss of the man who is responsible for his success — longtime manager and “father figure,” Ron Scott!

“Tyler is beside himself right now,” a source close to Henry told RadarOnline.com. “Ron was his go-to for everything and although he knows that Ron is in a better place, it is still really hard on him and his family.”

“Ron discovered Tyler during a talent search and, at the time, Tyler was an unknown teen living with his mother and father in northern California.”

“Tyler was not at all famous and was looking for his big break. The problem is that no one would take him seriously.”

That all changed, when Henry met Scott, the insider told RadarOnline.com.

“Ron came up to Tyler after a talent show many years ago and asked him if he was looking for representation. Tyler was immediately drawn to him and the two became very, very close.”

“From that point, Ron booked Tyler readings with all of his celebrity friends,” the source told RadarOnline.com, adding that Scott represented some of Hollywood’s most successful stars prior to his sudden death, such as David Hasselhoff, Mario Lopez and John Stamos.

“Ron was not only a father figure to Tyler, but he was his best friend. Ron had the ability to turn anyone he wanted into a star and Tyler was no exception. Tyler was Ron’s world up until the very end and there was nothing he would not do for the kid.”

But not all is lost, according to the insider. Scott “will always live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him," said the insider.

Season 4 of Hollywood Medium premieres Wednesday February 28 at 9|8c on E!
