With her job on the line, Today host Hoda Kotb has decided to focus on her personal life, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively — and marry live-in love Joel Schiffman!

“Hoda knows she’s skating on thin ice at work, so she wants a safe and loving environment at home,” dished a source.

That means saying “I do” to financier Schiffman.

“Hoda doesn’t want a big, showy affair,” the source revealed. “She loves the idea of taking off to some remote part of the world and swapping vows with just Joel and her adopted daughter, Haley, there!”
