Out Of Control: Heather Locklear Accused Of Beating 3 Cops After Assaulting Boyfriend!

Heather Locklear's domestic violence and assault arrest was worse than fans could have imagined — and RadarOnline.com has all of the shocking exclusive details.

The troubled actress not only beat up her boyfriend, but attacked three police officers, authorities claim.

Captain Garo Kuredjian, a spokesman for the Ventura County Sheriff's Office, told RadarOnline.com deputies responded to Locklear's Thousand Oaks home at about 10 p.m. Sunday for a "domestic issue."

The 56-year-old star "was uncooperative with our responding deputies and and she battered three of them by pushing them," Kuredjian claimed.

Kuredjian said officials are still trying to piece together who was involved in the alleged domestic violence issue and what happened before the deputies responded to the home, but according to police scanner audio obtained by RadarOnline.com, Locklear's brother called 911 after he allegedly witnessed the star assaulting her boyfriend.

As RadarOnline.com has extensively reported, Locklear is dating high school sweetheart Chris Heisser, who has a long history of theft and forgery arrests.

According to authorities, Locklear said she had sustained injuries before the deputies arrived at her home, so she was taken to a local hospital before she was transported to Ventura County Main Jail.

"Out of an abundance of caution, she was evaluated at a hospital before she was taken to jail, but she posted bail sometime before 6:30 a.m. today," Kuredjian said.

She posted $20,000 for her freedom, the spokesperson added.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Locklear checked into rehab for at least the sixth time over the holidays. A source told RadarOnline.com she physically attacked Heisser in the fall, just weeks before she was hospitalized for driving her car into a ditch.
