As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Los Angeles police and firefighters responded to a 911 call from the star's Hollywood Hills home this morning.

"Police received a call at 11:37 am of a possible OD of a 25-year-old female in Hollywood,” Ray Brown of the LAPD told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

According to the 911 call, she was "unconscious" when first responders arrived.

A law enforcement source revealed Lovato was administered Narcan, which is used to treat narcotic overdoses.

The tragic news comes only after a month that the star admitted that she had relapsed following six years of sobriety.

“I got no excuses, for all of these goodbyes. Call me when it’s over, ’cause I’m dying inside,” Lovato sang.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lovato had been struggling with her addiction in recent months, and has refused to get help.

“No one can get her attention,” said a friend. “Her team tried to hire a sober coach, and she went nuts."

Lovato is currently recovering in the hospital.
