‘I’m Dying Inside!’ Demi Lovato Admits Relapse In Heartbreaking New Song
In her heartbreaking new song “Sober,” Demi Lovato admits she’s suffered a relapse following six years of sobriety.
“I got no excuses, for all of these goodbyes. Call me when it's over, 'cause I'm dying inside,” Lovato, 25, sings.
The beauty — who’s opened up about her cocaine and alcohol abuse and battle with and eating disorder and depression— then goes on to apologize to her parents and loved ones for putting them through her addiction nightmare once again.
“Momma, I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore. And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor. To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before. I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the pop princess’s mom has opened up about her daughter’s addiction crisis, saying that there was a time when she was scared she would find her dead on her bed. She eventually agreed to go to rehab, and remained healthy and sober for years — until now.

In her song, Lovato goes on to admit that she’s been feeling lonely, and is tired of fighting her instinct to drink. She asks that someone hold her and help her find herself again.
“I'm sorry that I'm here again, I promise I'll get help. It wasn't my intention, I'm sorry to myself,” Lovato concludes in her chilling single.
Demi Lovato cancelled her London tour earlier this month, saying that she couldn’t sing due to swollen vocal chords. Fans soon began to worry she could be hiding a terrible health issue.
Will she be okay?
