Marriage On The Rocks? David & Victoria At War Over Growing Separate Lives

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Living the Posh life is taking a toll on Victoria Beckham as there’s word she wants to give up her family’s global lifestyle and settle down in England. But hubby David has thriving businesses stateside, and apparently doesn’t want to give that up.

According to Heat magazine, “David is still determined to relocate to Miami and commute between there and their place in LA." A source close to the couple told the publications: "Victoria is happy to visit him in Miami, but isn't keen to move there. London is where the kids’ schools and her business are, and she says no amount of nannies or helpers can substitute for not having David there.”

Earlier this year, the former soccer star joined a group to create and establish a new Major League Soccer franchise in Miami, and he still has his additional home in Los Angeles.

The couple's differing opinions put a strain on their 19-year marriage, and Victoria’s floundering fashion line is adding to the stress.

“This is a rocky patch for Victoria," the insider says. "Her business is having a tough time, and her partners are based in the UK and France. This is one of the toughest situations she’s ever faced as a designer, as her brand could be forced to be propped up by another company, which would make her their employee.”
