It’s ‘Complicated!' David Beckham Calls Marriage To Victoria ‘Hard Work’
David Beckham admits his marriage to Spice Girl wife Victoria is gotten “complicated,” RadarOnline.com has learned.
"To have been married for the amount of time that we have, it's always hard work,” the former soccer star told Australian TV show The Sunday Project. “It becomes a little more complicated.”
David, 43, and Victoria, 44, have been married for 19 years, but their union has faced continual challenges, including allegations that he was cheating on the singer and fashion designer.
The two also continue to bicker over which coast to call home. Victoria is ready to settle down in her native England, but David has thriving businesses stateside, and apparently doesn’t want to give those up.
David is now admitting it’s all taking a toll on him, his wife, and their four children Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, and Cruz, 13, and daughter Harper, 7.
“Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference,” he admits on the program. "I've noticed that with my children."

In September, mom Victoria spoke to her kids after rumors popped up again that she and the former footballer were going to divorce.
“Both David and Victoria are very transparent with the kids to ensure they hear things directly from them – and not from the playground,” an insider exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “After the latest furor, they once again took the decision to be open and honest with them, reassuring them Daddy is not a cheat.”
