Is Brooks Ayers a liar? A rep for the hospital where The Real Housewives of Orange County star claimed he was treated for cancer says he was never a patient!

As Ayers, 48, faced nonstop allegations that he was faking his cancer diagnosis, he continued to insist that he was treated at the City of Hope in Duarte, Calif., and even produced what he claimed was his medical bill from the facility.

But on Tuesday, a rep for the facility told E! News that he was never a patient.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Ayers insisted he had been treated there for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, but his supposed documents soon came under fire.

An oncologist told RadarOnline.com that there were several inconsistencies in the bill.

And Reddit users claimed the document was nearly identical to the first google image search result for chemotherapy bill.

Meanwhile, Vicki Gunvalson recently admitted on air that her "gut" told her Ayers does not have cancer.

Ayers did not respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.

Do you think he was faking it all along? Let us know in the comments!
