Vicki Gunvalson: My 'Gut' Says Brooks Ayers Does NOT Have Cancer

Vicki Gunvalson, on Sunday's third installment of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion said her "gut" feeling was that ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers was NOT battling cancer, feeling he had "duped" her.

The 53-year-old beauty made the shocking revelation in the tense episode when longtime castmate Tamra Judge grilled her on what she thought in her heart of hearts.

The "O.G. from the O.C." admitted, "My gut says he does not have it," to which host Andy Cohen marveled, "You have never said that before!"

"I don't have any proof that he doesn't have cancer and he won't give me enough proof that he does have cancer, so that's where I'm at," the show's centerpiece told Cohen.

Gunvalson went into detail about the series of events that, in the past month, ultimately changed her opinion of her one-time beau.

"I have seen how he has acted these last two months," the reality star said. "I would say probably three months ago I really questioned him and said to him, 'This is not making sense. Why won't you give me your reports?' And he kept telling me, 'You have no right to take those reports as you'r going to bring them to the women.'

"I said to him that I needed more proof than he was giving me; I need more proof, as this is not making sense."

The teary star later continued, "Nobody wants to feel duped or be taken advantage of. I am a smart woman, I fell in love hard and I did have red flags, but not to the point of, 'Brooks are you really faking cancer?'

"It made sense to me. I am sad but I am relieved now knowing that I am not with this man any more," Gunvalson said. "And I got a lot of pieces to pick up a little bit, I learned a lot, and I got duped."

Ayers To Meghan King Edmonds: 'F**k Off'

In excerpts from an interview Cohen conducted with Ayers, Vicki's ex stressed that he was indeed suffering from the disease, and that lymphatic legions had disappeared and that his "numbers are normalizing."

"I have been in treatment; by that I mean chemotherapy and holistic approaches for now going on 11 months," Ayers said, later noting, "People can think what they want to. The truth is the truth."

Ayers called those who doubted that he had cancer "pi**ed off women who got a platform to go on a blog and say hurtful things."

He had words for his biggest skeptic on the show, Meghan King Edmonds, telling the sassy young wife of former MLB All-Star Jim Edmonds, "F--- off. How 'bout that?" (In the reunion, Meghan had told Vicki, "You lied a lot," to which she clarified, "I covered a lot.")
