Report: Ben Affleck And Jen Garner Divorce Is Final After His Rehab
It's really over.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reportedly settled their divorce case—and it will be official once he gets out of rehab. The two, both 46, split ages ago, but because of their financial situation and not having a prenup, their divorce was complicated, a report has claimed.
In a shocker this Wednesday, August 22, caring Garner did an intervention on her long-estranged husband, driving the tearful Affleck to treatment.
The move happened after the Batman star relapsed on booze, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, leading his longtime girlfriend Lindsay Shookus to break up with him.
Affleck was then caught canoodling with Playboy model Shauna Sexton, 22, and partying it up. His ex, Garner, demanded that he seek help. Now, according to a website, Affleck and Garner's final settlement in their divorce will be filed with the court after Ben gets out of rehab.

Sources said the two have reached a property settlement, which was hard to arrange because of their vast wealth and the fact they didn't have a prenuptial agreement. All of their earnings during their 12-year marriage had to be divvied up, according to the website.
They reportedly agreed to joint custody of their three children, Violet, Samuel, and Seraphina. However, the settlement doesn't say how much custodial time Affleck and Garner will each get.
The website has noted that despite Affleck's problems, they like co-parenting their kids and will be flexible going forward after the divorce.
The settlement is complete, but it hasn't been signed because of sobriety issues, the website reports, but it will be a done deal once Affleck completes his rehab.
The two have no plans to reconcile.
