Date With Justice! ‘Bachelor’s Amanda Stanton Must Return To Court In Battery Case
Bachelor star Amanda Stanton was arrested for domestic battery in Sin City earlier this week, and the drama isn't over yet. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Stanton must return to Las Vegas court next month.
A Las Vegas Justice Court clerk told RadarOnline.com that Stanton is scheduled to appear in court on October 10 for her domestic battery arrest.
However, Clark County District Attorney officials told RadarOnline.com exclusively that as of Wednesday afternoon, Stanton’s case is still “under review. No charges have been filed at this time."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Stanton, who also starred on Bachelor in Paradise, was partying at the Wynn hotel on September 10 when cops were called to the room at 3:15 am.
Authorities discovered her allegedly fighting with boyfriend Bobby Jacobs.
“A physical altercation took place in a hotel room where it is alleged that Stanton battered her boyfriend. Hotel security was notified and police were called," the Los Vegas Police said in a statement after the incident.
According to the LVPD, “through the course of the investigation, it was found that there was probable cause to arrest Stanton on one count of Battery Domestic Violence."
She was booked in the local jail and released in the morning.
Stanton, normally known as a doting single mom, issued an apology after news broke about her arrest.
“Amanda is embarrassed and ashamed this happened and sincerely apologizes to hotel security and the Las Vegas Police Department,” her rep Steve Honig told RadarOnline.com. “Amanda is a gentle, respectful person who has never gotten physical with anyone under any circumstance."

"That evening she had a few drinks at a bachelorette party and when hotel security asked her and Bobby to quiet down, she got a bit rambunctious. Amanda gave Bobby what she thought was a playful shove; hotel security did their job and reported the incident to the police, who in turn did their job. Despite Bobby explaining this was not an ill-intended shove, the police still had to do their job which Amanda completely respects and understands.”
Stanton’s new charge is just one of multiple legal battles.
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported she was hit with two financial lawsuits this year.
Discover Bank sued Stanton, 28, for $1,379.52, demanding she pay up on a default credit card bill, according to court records obtained by RadarOnline.com. The case remains pending.
Stanton, along with her ex-fiancé Josh Murray, was also sued for unlawful detainer.
Stanton and Murray were served with a 3-day notice to pay rent or quit on March 5, 2018 after failing to pay one month’s rent of $5,070. The case was disposed in April 2018.
