As previously reported, a day prior to his arrest, Lange, 50, was put on medical leave from the show following his multiple absences.

The comedian left for rehab in Florida after his court hearing on Friday. He is expected back in court on February 23 for sentencing related to his heroin and cocaine possession charges last winter.

Lange's lawyer, Frank Arleo, confirmed to the beloved star's friends and family were doing everything they could "to save Artie's life."

"Sentencing will be held in abeyance while Artie gets the inpatient treatment he so desperately needs,' Arleo revealed. "Please keep Artie in your prayers."
