The devil wears Prada, indeed! Anna Wintour is ready to tell-all on the celebrities she loves, despises and left off the list! RadarOnline.com has a juicy look at all the drama from last year's Met Gala.
A new documentary, The First Monday in May, which opened the Tribeca Film Festival Wednesday night, follows the 66-year-old's ball of 2015, dishing all the details — and A-list names!
Per her reputation, the Vogue editrix is seen meticulously pouring over every detail of her China: Through the Looking Glass themed event throughout the documentary.
In one particular scene, Wintour scours a seating chart, haughtily telling an assistant after coming across a particular guest name-tag, "I thought he wasn't coming."
"I know, but then he decided he wanted to come," the assistant replies.
"OK," Wintour nods, adding, "can he not be on his cellphone the entire time, then?"
According to Page Six, the pair was discussing none other than Ricky Van Veen, husband to Girls star Allison Williams and co-founder of the website College Humor.
Later, the Vogue editor-in-chief moves in on once heartthrob Josh Hartnett.
"We have Dave Franco," a staffer says on the phone during another guest list discussion. "And who's the other one you were saying? Josh Hartnett? What has he done lately? Nothing. You guys are all set. You have Kendall Jenner."
And of course, the film includes unforeseen obstacles, like pop princess Rihanna.
"Rihanna, we can't lose her, right?" Wintour's assistant asks in another clip, trailing off, "We just didn't realize how expensive…"
After seeing the trailer, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may also want to watch their backs.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Wintour seems to be souring on the hot-topic couple as of late, despite a publicly friendly relationship. Sources say Kim, 35, disobeyed Wintour's wishes by posting selfies on her social media during last year's Met Gala, after it was announced that guests were forbidden to do so.
But of all the trailer's magnificent sound bites, this Anna Wintour quote says it all: "We have a lot of work to do!"
