As Radar reported, the couple were sued by a former business partner over a failed line of Vodka that Gunvalson launched called Vicki's Vodka. Although the suit against them was eventually dismissed, it undoubtedly added an enormous amount of stress to their already hectic lives.

According to the source, "Vicki does not need the stress that this season has added to her life."

Gunvalson and Edmonds are now at war with each other, which seems to only be getting worse and worse as the season progresses.

In the beginning of Season 10, Gunvalson had to endure the sudden loss of her mother, Joanne Steinmetz. She took to her blog to share the tragic news with her fans and wrote, "My mother died on February 4, 2015 from unknown causes. We elected not to do an autopsy, and the coroner said it was either a massive heart attack or an aneurysm. She was found by my brother around 8PM at night, laying on top of her covers on her bed."
