In the past two weeks, two out of the four judges on the upcoming season of NBC's hit talent completion, The Voice, have terminated their long-term marriages. But before Gwen Stefani announced that she was divorcing her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, and Blake Shelton and wife Miranda Lambert announced that they were already divorced, nine other unlucky couples called it quits after one of the partners appeared on the show! After Stefani replaced Christina Aguilera as a judge for season 9 of The Voice, the "Cool" singer apparently became too cool for her partner of 20 years, Rossdale! She filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years and father to her three sons – Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and 1-year-old Apollo Rossdale — on Aug. 3 after she started filming for this upcoming season.
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert Divorce Announcement
Stefani apparently took a cue from Shelton, who announced one week prior that he and his country superstar wife Lambert had already finalized their divorce and were leading separate lies. As RadarOnline.com reported, Stefani and Shelton have already started to lean on each other for support during this difficult time. Let's hope they don't take their anger out on the contestants!
