Ryan Edwards relapsed after a 90-day rehab stint, as he was arrested only weeks later in January. After spending 90 days in jail, is he sober today?
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Teen Mom OG star appears to be sober from drugs, but alcohol is a different story.

Staying Sober
“He seems to be clear of heroin,” a source close to Ryan, 31, and his wife Mackenzie told RadarOnline.com. “He hasn’t been wide-eyed or sluggish.”
Boozing
The insider claimed Ryan “does still drink.” “He does his own thing during the day when she’s at work,” the insider said.
Wife Knows Best
“Mackenzie doesn’t trust him fully,” the source said. “She doubts his decisions if she’s not supervising him.”
Same Old Ryan
The insider continued that Ryan hasn’t changed his “careless attitude.” “His personality sucks,” the source said.
Shocking Move
On the season premiere of Teen Mom OG, Ryan ordered a beer while at dinner with Mackenzie after he was released from rehab in November.

“Not a good look?” he asked his wife, who nodded her head no. “I just want a beer with my steak,” he said.
Shocking Bust
In the following episode, Ryan was arrested. As RadarOnline.com broke, he was arrested for outstanding warrants on January 23, 2019. He was charged with simple possession of heroin for breaking probation from a past 2017 possession of heroin charge executed by Red Bank.
Another Charge
He was also charged with theft of services under $1,000 when he allegedly failed to pay a $36 bar tab in Hamilton County. The theft case was dismissed. He accepted a plea deal and was released from jail on April 15 on the possession charge.
Support System
Ryan’s wife, who he shares son Jagger, who turns one in October, with, and parents Jen and Larry have stuck by his side through his arrests and rehab stints. An insider told RadarOnline.com in April that his family doesn’t believe he’ll remain sober.
Family Fears
"Being incarcerated, his family hopes he learned his lesson and stays clean," a source told RadarOnline.com of Ryan, who is also father to son Bentley, 10, with ex Maci and stepfather to Mackenzie's son Hudson. "Would they bet on it? Not on a dime. Drugs are very powerful. When your body needs them, you do things you normally wouldn't do."
Ryan’s Choice
The source continued that the decision is solely Ryan's. "His family is hoping and praying," the source said. "A lot of people love him. He's a good guy. He's done good things and bad things. They believe God has a plan for Ryan."
Back On TV
Ryan and Mackenzie returned to the show after quitting for one season. “They went through all their money,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com. “That is the only reason they continue to film.”
