RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed Jenelle Evans' 911 call on her husband David Eason in October 2018 after an incident at their North Carolina home. In the explosive call, Evans could be heard crying hysterically and telling Columbus County Emergency Services, "My husband, he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground in the yard. I think I heard my collarbone crack. I can't move my arm." She continued that her husband had been "drinking." However, although police responded, no report was taken and Eason told PEOPLE no assault had taken place. Evans later defended her husband in a YouTube video.

In January 2018, Catelynn Lowell went into rehab for the third time. The troubled Teen Mom OG star had first entered treatment in November 2017 after she had suicidal thoughts. "Well they say third time’s a charm," Lowell tweeted to fans. "I’m going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds." After completing rehab again, however, Lowell disclosed her marital problems with husband Tyler Baltierra.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, David Eason was fired from TM2 in 2018 after he went on a homophobic rant. Eason deleted his Twitter accounts after intense backlash over the incendiary comments and co-stars refused to film with him unless he was fired, RadarOnline.com sources said.

TMOG star Ryan Edwards checked into rehab, as RadarOnline.com reported in October 2018. Then on the show, Edwards’ wife Mackenzie Standifer confirmed he was seeking treatment for his substance abuse issues after a relapse. He got out of rehab after a 90-day program.

Amber Portwood melted down at the end of 2018. On the OG season finale, she quit filming after blaming the series for her depression and suicidal thoughts. The episode showed Portwood telling her cousin that she considered committing suicide. She admitted her depression stems from social media bullying regarding her parenting.

Ryan Edwards was a train wreck in 2018, and RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed the dirty details of his cheating! His infidelity was busted on Tinder only weeks after welcoming son Jagger with wife Mackenzie Standifer and completing a 90-day treatment for drug abuse. Maci Bookout's baby daddy sent another woman penis photos and discussed meeting up for sex! Although married to Mackenzie, Edwards also allegedly asked his new sweetheart to do cocaine with him, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported.

Javi Marroquin became a dad again in 2018! The TM2 Kailyn Lowry ex-husband welcomed a boy with new girlfriend Lauren Comeau—but RadarOnline.com readers already knew it would be a son in a gender reveal party exclusive. Marroquin and Comeau had reconciled in March 2018 after he broke up with co-star Briana DeJesus in January. Marroquin also raises son Lincoln, 4, with his ex, Lowry.

Kailyn Lowry and her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez, looked like they were back together at her Pothead hair care line launch in late 2018. Lowry had called Lopez her "first true love" despite their on-again, off-again relationship. They looked cozy together on the NYC red carpet as they continue to raise their baby son, Lux.

Ryan Edwards was arrested twice in 2018. In March, he was arrested for violating the terms of his probation stemming from a prior heroin possession charge. In July, Edwards was arrested and charged with simple possession of heroin. As RadarOnline.com readers learned, his simple possession of heroin charge was dismissed, and he was given 11 months and 29 days suspended sentence for a second possession count. Edwards also was ordered to complete six months of probation and five public work days.

As RadarOnline.com told you first, Catelynn Lowell and husband Tyler Baltierra suffered through a short separation. RadarOnline.com sources disclosed their marriage troubles before they revealed them on the OG TV show. Lowell told the cameras, "Tyler has been frustrated in our marriage for a while and has been seeing a therapist. He decided he wanted to try to live separately for a month. I was devastated at first…." According to RadarOnline.com's insider, "They definitely did take a break for a very short amount of time. They did it to just figure things out so Cate could find out who she is outside of her mental illness."

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in 2018 that a restraining order was granted to Maci Bookout against her baby daddy Ryan Edwards.

"He has left voicemail messages threatening to show up at my house and take my son," she claimed, referring to Bentley, 10, the boy she had by Edwards. "He has made threats to show up and hurt me if I don’t answer my phone."

In a controversial hire, Bristol Palin joined the TMOG cast in the wake of Farrah Abraham being fired. More Jenelle hell! Evans' ex and baby daddy Nathan Griffith filed a motion to modify custody for his son Kaiser, 3, with her in July 2018. Griffith charged that Evans' husband David Eason is "violent" and a "danger" to Kaiser, as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively on the court papers. Griffith also claimed both Evans and Eason have substance abuse issues.

After getting fired from TMOG, Farrah Abraham sued the network's parent company, Viacom, for harassment and wrongful termination. But the case was settled in 2018 and incredibly, Abraham returned to MTV to film another of the network's reality shows, Ex on the Beach.
