Danger: ‘Teen Mom’ Star On Sex Offender Registry – See The Creepy Mug Shot
Jan. 18 2019, Updated 6:20 p.m. ET
Chelsea Houska’s friend Alex Bawek, who has appeared on Teen Mom 2 in the past, has officially registered as a sex offender after being sentenced in the attempted sexual assault of a minor case against him. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal his mug shot and more details on the sick scandal.
As of right now, Alex’s status is “compliant.” “Compliance indicates that an offender is meeting registration requirements with the Sex Offender Registry Program,” the website reads. “When indicated, some or all offense information may be unavailable from the court of jurisdiction.”
In the 29-year-old’s sex offender mug shot, which was taken on January 14, 2019, he stares directly at the camera while wearing a flannel and vest. He is described as having “red or auburn” hair and blue eyes. He is 150 lbs and 5’9”.
Alex, whose wife is Chelsea’s best friend Brittnee Bawek, is officially on the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry. His offense is listed as “child enticement.” The registration ends on January 10, 2039.
Alex was arrested and charged with use of a computer to facilitate child sex crime, child enticement and attempted sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age in December 2017.

As RadarOnline.com broke earlier this week, Alex was found guilty due to no contest plea for child enticement. The remaining charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to six months in jail with five months stayed, which means the sentence is frozen “pending further order of the court,” likely on the condition that he fulfills the conditions of probation. The remaining 30 days can be served by 240 hours of community service. Bawek will likely serve no jail time if he complies with the conditions. He has also been placed on five years of probation. The terms include having no unsupervised contact with minors under the age of 18, except his own child. He is also unable to have Internet access without the approval of the agent. Alex must also complete a sex offender assessment, follow up with treatment recommended, comply with the Sex Offender Registry and pay $518 in fines.
Brittnee was pregnant with the couple’s first child when he was arrested. She likely gave birth around April 2018. A source told RadarOnline.com she wanted to “stick with him” at the time of the arrest.
RadarOnline.com obtained the sickening complaint. A detective from the Atloona Police Department in Wisconsin responded to a Craigslist ad posted by Alex. “Business stud seeking female or select couple… I am staying in town for the night for work,” the ad read. “Have a nice hotel room and would like to have a little warm fun while it’s cold out? No endless emails or games. Again seeking female or couple that likes to have discreet hot fun. Be clean and normal.”
The detective responded to the ad and posed as a 14-year-old girl named “Arianna.” The officer wrote to Alex, “Hey. I like your ad. How r u… I’m 14. Is it ok to talk?” Alex replied, “As long as you’re not the police. Talking is fine.” The officer sent him a photo of an underage girl. He responded to the picture, “Nice, you’re cute.” He also sent a photo of himself. They two later made plans to meet at his hotel. "Well if you want to play with my c**k you’re more than welcome to… You haven’t ever had sex?” He then asked her for “sexy pics” so he could see her “goods.” The officer sent a photo of an underage girl in a bikini. “I’d love to have you wrap your lips around my big c**,” he told her. When he went to pick her up, police made contact with him. He admitted he was there to meet an underage girl.
