Sharon Osbourne has always been candid about the cosmetic work she’s had done, but judging by photos of her in Los Angeles on March 31, she may stay tight-lipped on her latest nip/tuck since her chin looks too frozen to move! The Talk co-host, 65, told Anderson Cooper in 2012 about her cosmetic surgery, "There’s not one thing I haven't had lifted, cut or sewn back on," to laughter and applause from the audience.

“It looks like she had a face-lift and neck-lift to remove excess skin and tighten things up,” Dr. Lloyd Klausner D.M.D., of Central Park Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, who has not treated Osbourne, has claimed after looking at RadarOnline.com's new photos of Sharon.

Despite her passion for plastic surgery, in late 2012, Sharon said on TV she would stop, telling fans she would have “no more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight, and in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, ‘Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that’s a bad one.’ So I’m like, ‘No more. No more abuse.'”

Sharon told a newspaper that husband Ozzy, the father of her three kids, cheated on her with five different women in five different countries. Meanwhile the TV star, who was a judge on America's Got Talent, has had a lot of work done to change her looks. She suffered complications after a boob job, noting, "One of them had burst, and all of it had gone into the wall of my stomach. And one breast was different than the other."

Sharon underwent a double mastectomy five years ago after learning that a gene she carries put her at serious risk of breast cancer.
