Shannon nearly broke the internet when the blonde beauty shared this photo on Instagram to her over one million followers! In the caption, the mother of three wrote, "Weight going down a little bit. Had to clip the shirt!"
A close friend of Shannon told RadarOnline.com, "She doesn't even really need her trainer anymore. He has taught her so much and she can now work out effectively on her own."
As RHOC fans know, Shannon and BFF Tamra Judge work out together religiously in this home gym. The source added that Shannon's ideal goal is to have a body like Tamra. Who could blame her?
As RadarOnline.com reported, Shannon is headed to court with cheating ex David on October 15 in hopes of finalizing their long and drawn-out feud over spousal support. "She wants to look like a knockout when she sees him again," the friend told RadarOnline.com. By the looks of it, that will not be hard!
On the most recent episode of RHOC, Shannon sprained her ankle as she was getting ready to go on a blind date. And she's done it again! "NOOOOOOOOO!!! Tripped on a stair after my walk yesterday and sprained my right ankle this time," she captioned this shot.
With one leg out of commission, Shannon's workouts have obviously not included any running or walking! She shared this hilarious photo this week — with twinsie Tamra! "Yes Tamra Judge, it seems a little Single White Female! Can’t believe I sprained my ankle walking," she wrote alongside of a photo of her and Tamra with their matching rides!
