David & Shannon Beador Battle In Court Over Kids Being On Camera

Shannon Beador's nasty divorce and custody battle with her cheating ex David reached an all-time high as RadarOnline.com learned exclusively they're now duking it out in court over their three daughters being on camera.

“Right now they are trying to come to an agreement when it comes to the girls being on the upcoming season of the show,” a production insider said, referring to the estranged couple’s three teen daughters, Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, 13.

“The thing is that viewers love the girls on-camera and they are super fun and easy for production to work with.”

The girls love it too, so David has agreed to let them still be on the show even though he is not going to be. Now they are just working on negotiating contracts for the girls,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.

As readers know, Shannon asked the Orange County Superior Court judge to grant her physical custody as well as spousal support.

Although the matter was supposed to be dealt with in mediation late last month, court minutes show that Shannon phoned in on Jan. 24 and was able to push the hearing back.

According to a separate source, the wealthy 53-year-old admitted cheater has “already agreed to pay for all the girls tuition in full. He also knows that he was in the wrong for cheating so will pretty much give her whatever she wants for spousal support.”

The couple called it quits after several attempts to repair their marriage after it was revealed on the show that David had cheated on Shannon. They announced their separation in October, with Shannon filing for divorce on December 1.

Shannon and David are reportedly scheduled to return to court on March 12 to discuss Shannon’s requests for spousal support and physical custody of her three daughters.
