Richard Gere, 69, looked handsome in blue shorts, a matching dress shirt and a baseball cap as he walked along the shore with wife and baby mama Alejandra Silva, 35.
The mom-to-be wore a flowy tan maxi-dress that showed off her growing baby bump and covered her shoulders with an open jean shirt.
The stars showed sweet PDA while relaxing in the sunlight and on beach lounge chairs.
RadarOnline.com readers know Silva, a Spanish publicist, married the Hollywood actor this April in a secret ceremony, before celebrating their union with friends this May in New York City.
Though Gere was married two times before (to model Cindy Crawford and later to actress Carey Lowell) he told Hello! Magazine earlier this year that with Silva, he’s finally “found the quiet and happy life that I have always sought.”
The two started dating in 2014, and have kept their relationship extremely low-key since, despite the fact that they are blissfully happy and so excited to start a family together.
Gere is a father to son, Homer, 17, from his marriage to Lowell, and Silva is a mother to son Albert, 5, from her marriage to Govind Friedland. This baby, however, will be their first together!
While various sources have said that Gere is “extraordinarily happy” with Silva, an insider exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he is very aware of the fact that he will be an old dad, and is worried that he won’t get to experience most of his child’s life. After he and his wife found out their were pregnant, they immediately visited the Dalai Lama, who told the actor about the Buddhist belief of reincarnation and assured him that, should he die before his son or daughter becomes an adult, he will return in some form to experience him or her. “That gave him some peace,” said the insider.
