Vicki Gunvalson is no stranger to plastic surgery. In 2013, The Real Housewives of Orange County star defended her nip tuck obsession and said, “It’s my body and it’s my life. I’m only trying to make myself look the best I can be.” However, on the season 13 premiere of RHOC this week, the 56-year-old looked COMPLETELY different — and not necessarily for the best! NYC board-certified plastic surgeon with Rowe Plastic Surgery, Dr. Norman Rowe, has not personally worked on Gunvalson, but said that “It appears that Vicki has had fillers injected into her cheeks to attempt to elevate and resuspend her face without performing a facelift. I call this type of a procedure the liquid facelift.”

“In this 2014 photo, she looks like she had fillers injected into her lips. Judging by Vicki’s forehead and eyes, she is definitely dipping into the botox pool,” Dr. Rowe revealed.

“Vicki appears to have undergone rhinoplasty, which has straightened, narrowed, and shortened her nose. It looks more refined now,” Dr. Youn told RadarOnline.com.

She also appears to have undergone injection of a filler like Juvederm into her nasolabial folds (smile lines), causing them to look smoother. Her forehead is smooth and wrinkle free, likely due to injections of Botox. I also suspect that her cheeks have been filled, likely with her own fat, which is also known as a fat transfer,” Dr. Youn added.

The Director of Plastic Surgery Institute of New York, Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S., also hasn’t done work on the O.G. from the O.C., but he told RadarOnline.com that — while some of the differences are due to lighting, camera angle and make up — other differences likely are not! “It appears she may have had BOTOX, fillers and/or fat transfer to her face. She may have had skin tightening treatments as well,” Dr. Schaffner added.

And while celebrities adamantly deny going under the knife, Gunvalson has come clean about it! In 2013, Gunvalson revealed she’s had “cartilage reconstruction on her nose, fat injected into the upper part of her cheeks and a little chin implant.” We pay for juicy info!
