R. Kelly was spotted Easter Sunday enjoying the outside world – while he still can!
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the troubled R&B singer faces 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse after he allegedly sexually abused four females, three of whom were between the ages of 13 and 17.
He also faces more jail time for failing to pay child support to his ex, Drea Kelly, for their three children.
But with all that looming, Kelly, 52, took some time for himself over the weekend, enjoying a cigar and chatting on his cell phone outside of his Trump Tower condo in Chicago.
Kelly chillaxed in a light blue hoodie and a red cap.
Dude, Where’s My Car?
No, that’s NOT his Rolls Royce he’s standing next to.
He smoked that cigar right to the end, all while talking on the phone using the speaker.
Maybe he was on the phone with his attorney? As Radar readers know, Kelly’s world was rocked when multiple women alleged in the docuseries Surviving R. Kelly that they were victims of the singer’s sex cult.
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The “I Believe I Can Fly” singer wound up in jail last month after failing to pay more than 161 thousand dollars in back child support, according to documents obtained exclusively by Radar.
Kelly spent three days behind bars while friends and colleagues worked to gather the money he owed.
The Grammy winners calm and cool demeanor Sunday was a departure from his recent meltdown during an interview with Gayle King.
Kelly broke down in tears as he defended himself from the list of allegations against him.
Cry For Help
“Y’all quit playing. I didn’t do this stuff,” Kelly exclaimed as the tears rolled down. “This is not me. I’m fighting for my f**king life!”
