On Feb. 24, photographers caught Ribisi, 42, holding hands with Ward. They went grocery shopping together in Malibu. At that point, no one knew who she was.
Ribisi and Ward happily strolled down the street together on a laid back Friday afternoon. While Ribisi wore a blue tee shirt and jeans, Ward had donned a long print Boho-style red and blue maxi dress.
Ribisi's new gal Ward was previously married to Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney, 36. She and Carney wed in 2012 in the backyard of their Nashville home in front of 350 guests, but they divorced in Jan. 2016.

Ribisi blasted Remini for profiting off her TV show against Scientology. But on his date with Ward, the Saving Private Ryan actor appeared to be having a thoroughly relaxing day.
On their recent outing, Ribisi and Ward also enjoyed a casual lunch at a table outside a Malibu restaurant. They sat together and chatted, and during the day, they also picked up some much-needed paper towels and toilet paper!
Ward appears to be very comfortable with show business folks. In addition to marrying Carney in a wedding in which Saturday Night Live star Will Forte officiated, she's been spotted out with her good friend, Dakota Johnson. Now she is the new woman in Ribisi's life! The Avatar actor has been married twice.
